Rough Start in San Francisco
Hey Brewers fans! Tonight's game against the Giants was a tough pill to swallow as we fell 13-2. The first inning set the tone with the Giants scoring four quick runs.Early Trouble in the 1st and 2nd Inning
Jackson Chourio and William Contreras couldn't get us off on the right foot, and by the time we got up to bat in the 2nd inning, the Giants had already put four on the board. Gary Sánchez managed to get on base, but Brice Turang's strikeout stranded him there. The troubles on the mound continued as Mike Yastrzemski hit a three-run homer in the 2nd, making it 8-0

A Glimmer of Hope in the 3rd Inning
Finally, some action from our side! A double by Blake Perkins followed by another double from William Contreras got us our first run of the game. But sadly, that was all we could muster after Gary Sánchez and Willy Adames struck out.Giants Keep the Pressure On
The Giants weren't done and kept tacking on runs. With a solo home run by Matt Chapman in the 4th and a bunch of hits in the 6th, they increased their lead to 11-1. Our bullpen struggled to contain them.Late Efforts & Defensive Errors
Another brief moment of hope in the 7th when Garrett Mitchell made it on base due to a fielding error. Andruw Monasterio stretched to bring him home, making it 11-2. However, that was the last run we managed to score.Defensive lapses and continual hitting from the Giants in the 8th widened the margin even further to 13-2. Despite some decent pitching from Peguero and Milner, the early damage was too much to overcome.
Summary
Overall, a disappointing night for the Crew. The Giants dominated early and we couldn't recover. But hey, that's baseball. Let's regroup and come back stronger next game!

Let’s keep cheering for our Brewers!
