What a rollercoaster of emotions last night for us Yankee fans!

The game started on a high note, with Juan Soto blasting a homer to right field in the top of the 1st inning, giving us an early lead.
That 424-foot beauty had us all dreaming of a big win early on. Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton kept the momentum going with singles, but alas, we couldn't capitalize further in the inning.Angels Claw Their Way Back
The bottom of the 1st saw the Angels respond with a vengeance. A balk moved Luis Rengifo to second setting up Kevin Pillar's two-run homer. This wasn't the start we hoped for after our early run.

After a fielding error by Rizzo, the Angels' Taylor Ward doubled, causing our lead to slip away, bringing in two runs for the Angels to seize a 4-3 advantage.9th Inning Frustration and Hope for Tomorrow
The 9th inning brought us hope but ultimately ended in frustration. Despite the efforts to rally back, Estévez shut us down, securing the win for the Angels. Soto's flyout to right was a gut punch, ending the game on a somber note for us Yankee fans.The Yanks showed fight, but it wasn't our night. The loss stings, but this team has the talent and resilience to bounce back.
