Nationals Storm Early

What a game for our Washington Nationals! 🌟 From the get-go, we came out swinging, literally! Right in the top of the 1st inning, CJ Abrams doubled to start things off, then showed some hustle, moving to third on a wild pitch. That set the stage for James Wood, who singled him home for our first run. 🙌

Our bats were on fire as the first continued with Keibert Ruiz doubling and Luis García Jr. bringing in two more runs. 😎 By the end of the first inning, we sent shockwaves throughout Camden Yards with a hefty six-run lead! 💥

The Nationals Keep Their Foot on the Gas

We didn’t stop there. García Jr. kept the ball rolling in the top of the 2nd with another RBI double. It's always good to see big runs early in the game to give us a cushion. The Orioles couldn’t get past our defense until the 7th, but by then, we were confident with a 7-0 lead.

Even when the Orioles managed to score a couple of runs, our power hitters came out swinging again in the 9th. Nathaniel Lowe and Ruiz added three more runs to secure our lead at 10-2. Such a dynamic offense today! 💪

Edge-of-Your-Seat Finish

Of course, it wouldn’t be baseball without some late drama. The Orioles made a solid push in the 9th with a 4-run rally, including a nerve-racking homer from Jackson Holliday. 😬 But thanks to solid pitching, especially early on, our Nationals clinched the win with a 10-6 victory.

Big props to our squad for their performance. They've really shown potential tonight. Let’s keep this momentum going! Go Nationals! ⚾🎉
