A Rocky Mountain High: Rockies Triumph Over Nationals!
Fellow Rockies fans, it was a thrilling game at Coors Field tonight as we rose to the challenge against the Washington Nationals and came out victorious with a final score of 3-1! The game started a bit rocky for us with the Nationals scoring early in the first inning. Nathaniel Lowe drove in James Wood with a single, putting Washington on the scoreboard. But from then on, our defense stood strong, and the momentum began shifting. Our Turn to Shine
Bottom of the 4th was when Mickey Moniak showed that you can never underestimate our Rockies! With a triple to left field, Moniak brought home Jacob Stallings and Aaron Schunk.

Closing Act and a Well-earned Win
Entering the bottom of the eighth, we still held a slender one-run lead. Then, with Nick Martini stepping in to pinch-hit for Schunk, we added an insurance run when Beck scored to make it 3-1. Into the ninth inning, our bullpen led by Tyler Kinley closed the game strongly, ensuring that no late drama spoiled our night. His strike-outs effectively sealed the deal! A huge shoutout to our team for keeping their composure and coming away with such an important win. Go Rockies!
